To ensure smooth synchronization between Rakuten and Anchanto OMS, follow these best practices:
-
Unique SKUs: Ensure all products have unique Stock Keeping Units (SKUs). Duplicate SKUs will not sync correctly; only one product per SKU will be imported.

Consistent Product Data: Maintain accurate product information, including attributes, descriptions, and stock levels.

Accurate Pricing: Update product prices regularly to align with OMS settings for consistent pricing across platforms.

Automatic Product Sync:

Once the seller connects their Rakuten store to Anchanto OMS, existing products will be automatically synced, including basic details such as product name, SKU, price, stock, and images.

Order Sync:

Orders from the past 90 days with the following statuses are synced to Anchanto OMS:

"Cancellation confirmed"
-
"Payment procedure completed"
-
"Paid"
-
"Shipped"
-
"Waiting for Shipping"

"Waiting for Rakuten processing"

Sync Speed:

The OMS syncs at a rate of 1,000 SKUs every 15 minutes.

Manual Product Sync:

Sellers can manually sync group (variation) products, including product name, SKU, price, stock, and images from Rakuten to Anchanto OMS when needed.

Product Listing Flexibility:
-
Sellers can list single, kit, and group products from Anchanto OMS to Rakuten through the user interface or bulk upload via an Excel file.

Product Updates:
-
Sellers can update product prices and stock levels from Anchanto OMS to Rakuten.

Challenges:
-
Sellers cannot activate or deactivate products from OMS to Rakuten.
-
Sellers cannot delete products from OMS to Rakuten.
-
Brand sync from Rakuten to Anchanto OMS is not supported.

Real-Time Inventory Sync:
-
Inventory updates are automatically synced from Anchanto OMS to Rakuten in real time. For accounts with multiple warehouses, stock sync occurs based on pre-configured warehouse mappings.

Manual Inventory Sync:

Sellers can manually sync inventory using the "Sync Stock" option if needed.

Price Management:

Sellers can update prices in Anchanto OMS for Rakuten store products individually.

Rakuten displays two price fields:
-
Reference Price: If only the Retail Price is entered in OMS, it syncs as the Reference Price.

Standard Price: If a Selling Price is entered, it will sync as the Standard Price.

Automatic Order Sync:
-
Orders with the following statuses are automatically synced from Rakuten to Anchanto OMS every 30 minutes with statuses "Cancellation confirmed", "Payment procedure completed", "Paid", "Shipped", "Waiting for Shipping", "Waiting for Rakuten processing".

New orders sync every 5 minutes.

Manual Order Sync:

Sellers can manually sync orders through Anchanto OMS by navigating to:
-
OMS >> Integrations >> Ecommerce Sales Channels >> Rakuten Store (Connected) >> Sync Orders

Shipping Process:
-
The integration supports "Shipped via Platform" only.
-
If the seller uses an Anchanto-integrated carrier, the tracking number and shipping label are synced from the carrier partner to Anchanto OMS.

The order status will be updated to "Delivered" in OMS once the carrier confirms delivery.

Challenges:

Order splitting is not supported.
-
Sellers cannot view or manage return requests from Rakuten in OMS.
