Following Salla credentials required to connect Salla Store with Anchanto OMS.

To ensure smooth synchronization between Salla Store and Anchanto OMS, follow these best practices:

Unique SKUs: Ensure all products have unique Stock Keeping Units (SKUs). Duplicate SKUs will not sync correctly; only one product per SKU will be imported.

Consistent Product Data: Maintain accurate product information, including attributes, descriptions, and stock levels.

Accurate Pricing: Update product prices regularly to align with OMS settings for consistent pricing across platforms.

When a seller connects their Salla account to Anchanto OMS, existing products (product name, SKU, price, stock, and images) are automatically synchronized.

Order Synchronization:

Orders from the past 90 days with statuses such as "Payment Pending," "Under Review," "In Progress," "Cancelled," "Shipped," "Delivered," and "Completed" are synced to Anchanto OMS.

Brand Authorization:

Only authorized brands from the Salla store are synced to Anchanto OMS.

Syncing Speed:

Once the sync process begins, OMS syncs at a rate of 1,000 SKUs every 15 minutes.

Manual Product Sync:

Sellers can manually sync group (variation) products from Salla to Anchanto OMS as needed.

Flexible Product Listing:

Sellers can list single, kit, and group products from OMS to Salla store using the Anchanto OMS interface or bulk upload via an Excel file.

Brand Authorization Requirement:

Sellers must authorize brands in the Salla seller center and inform Anchanto support to sync newly authorized brands. Automation for this process is currently under development.

Sellers can update product prices and stock levels from Anchanto OMS to Salla store.

Sellers can manage prices for all products individually via Anchanto OMS.

Salla store displays three price fields: Price, Regular Price, and Sale Price. If only the Retail Price is entered in OMS, it will sync as both Price and Regular Price on Salla. If a Selling Price is provided, it will appear as the Sale Price on Salla.

Automatic Order Sync:

Orders with statuses like "Payment Pending," "Under Review," "In Progress," "Cancelled," "Shipped," "Delivered," and "Completed" sync every 30 minutes.

"New" orders are synced every 5 minutes.

Sellers can manually sync orders via Anchanto OMS under:
Anchanto OMS >> Integrations >> Ecommerce Sales Channels >> Salla Store (connected) >> Sync Orders

Shipping Details Management:

Orders shipped via platform or seller's own carriers are supported.

When using Anchanto integrated carriers, tracking numbers and shipping labels sync to OMS automatically.

Salla updates the delivery status upon buyer confirmation and Anchanto OMS updates the delivery status when carrier partner updates the delivered status.

Order Processing Workflow:
When using Salla integrated shipping carriers, the Ready to Ship status for orders will follow this automated workflow:
Step 1: Updating the Ready to Ship Status

If the seller uses both Anchanto WMS and Anchanto OMS:
- Once the order is physically picked, the status will be updated as Picked in Anchanto WMS.
- This will automatically trigger the Ready to Ship status update in both Anchanto OMS and Salla store.
If the seller uses only Anchanto OMS:
- After physically picking all products in the order, the seller must manually update the status as Ready to Ship in Anchanto OMS.
- This manual update will trigger the Ready to Ship status in the Salla Store.
Step 2: Syncing Shipping Details -

Once Salla store successfully updates the Ready to Ship status:
- A shipping label/AWB and tracking ID will be generated by Salla store.
- These details will automatically sync to Anchanto OMS.
- From there, the information will be synced to Anchanto WMS for further order processing if they are using Anchanto OMS and WMS as solution.
