Following Shopee credentials required to connect Shopee KRSC with Anchanto OMS.
1. Store Name (Set Nickname for your store)
2. Select Warehouse (Only in case of OMS Multi-warehouse)
3. Store Country – Select Country where the store is located
4. Store Currency – Select currency in which the store will operate
5. Shopee Username & Password - Seller need to use the Shopee store admin credentials to connect with OMS

Unique SKU:
-
Each product in the Shopee store must have a unique Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) to ensure accurate synchronization with OMS.

If duplicate SKUs exist, only one product will sync with OMS.

Consistent Product Data:

Ensure product details such as attributes, descriptions, and stock quantities are complete and consistent to avoid sync issues.

Product Pricing:
-
Product prices must be updated and aligned with OMS settings for consistency across all platforms.

Automatic Product Sync:
-
Once the Shopee store is connected to Anchanto OMS, existing products with basic details (name, SKU, price, stock, and images) will automatically sync.

Order History Sync:

Orders from the last 90 days will sync into Anchanto OMS for the following statuses:

UNPAID, READY_TO_SHIP, PROCESSED, SHIPPED, COMPLETED, IN_CANCEL, CANCELLED, INVOICE_PENDING.

Brand Authorization:

Only authorized brands from Shopee will sync to OMS.

Sync Speed:

The OMS syncs up to 1000 SKUs every 15 minutes.

Manual Sync for Group Products:

Sellers can manually sync group (variation) products, including details such as name, SKU, price, stock, and images, from Shopee to Anchanto OMS.

Product Listing Flexibility:

Sellers can list single, kit, and group products from OMS to Shopee.

Bulk product listing is available via Excel upload.

Limitations:

Product Status Management:

Sellers cannot activate or deactivate products from OMS to Shopee.

Product Deletion:

Product deletion from OMS to Shopee is not supported.

Real-Time Inventory Sync:
-
Inventory updates in OMS are automatically reflected in Shopee in real-time.

For multi-warehouse accounts, stock sync happens based on warehouse mapping.

Manual Stock Sync:

Sellers can manually sync stock using the "Sync Stock" option.

Price Management:

Sellers can update product prices one by one in OMS and sync them to Shopee.

Note:
Shopee only displays the Price as a field on UI. In case of selling price is added by the seller the Retail price will be ignored and selling price will be synced as Price on Shopee store.

Automated Order Sync:

Orders under statuses like UNPAID, READY_TO_SHIP, PROCESSED, INVOICE_PENDING, CANCELLED, SHIPPED, and COMPLETED are synced every 30 minutes.

"New paid" orders sync every 5 minutes.

Manual Order Sync:
-
Orders can be manually synced via:
OMS > Integrations > Ecommerce Sales Channels > Shopee Store (connected) > Sync Orders.

Shipping Integration:

If sellers use Anchanto integrated carriers, tracking details and shipping labels are synced automatically.

"Shipped" status is updated on Shopee Store when the order status is marked "Ready to Ship" in OMS.

Order Processing Workflow:
When using Shopee integrated shipping carriers, the Ready to Ship status for orders will follow this automated workflow:
Step 1: Updating the Ready to Ship Status

If the seller uses both Anchanto WMS and Anchanto OMS:
- Once the order is physically picked, the status will be updated as Picked in Anchanto WMS.
- This will automatically trigger the Ready to Ship status update in both Anchanto OMS and Shopee store.
If the seller uses only Anchanto OMS:
- After physically picking all products in the order, the seller must manually update the status as Ready to Ship in Anchanto OMS.
- This manual update will trigger the Ready to Ship status in the Shopee.
Step 2: Syncing Shipping Details -

Once TikTok Shop successfully updates the Ready to Ship status:
- A shipping label/AWB and tracking ID will be generated by Shopee.
- These details will automatically sync to Anchanto OMS.
- From there, the information will be synced to Anchanto WMS for further order processing if they are using Anchanto OMS and WMS as solution.
Few Challenges:
- Current integration with Shopee store do not support order split.
- OMS cannot manage return approvals/rejections for Shopee orders.
