Following TikTok Shop credentials are required to connect TikTok Shop with Anchanto OMS.

Shop code:
- Log in to Seller Centre.
- Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen and locate the shop name displayed in that area.
- Click on the shop name. A dialogue box will appear, and underneath the shop name in the dialogue box, you will find the shop code.

Warehouse ID:
- Specify Warehouses as mentioned below,
- For non-multi-warehousing OMS accounts, specify "ALL" in the Warehouse ID field to sync orders of all locations/warehouses from TikTok Shop to OMS.
- For multi-warehousing OMS accounts, if you want to sync orders and inventory/stock for selected warehouses, specify the TikTok Shop warehouse codes separated by a comma, and specify "ALL" to fetch data from all warehouses.

To ensure smooth synchronization between TikTok Shop and Anchanto OMS, follow these best practices:

Unique SKUs: Ensure all products have unique Stock Keeping Units (SKUs). Duplicate SKUs will not sync correctly; only one product per SKU will be imported.

Consistent Product Data: Maintain accurate product information, including attributes, descriptions, and stock levels.

Accurate Pricing: Update product prices regularly to align with OMS settings for consistent pricing across platforms.

Once connected, existing products with key details (name, SKU, price, stock, and first image) are automatically synced to Anchanto OMS.

Orders from the past 90 days are imported into OMS.

Store-specific attributes, such as authorized brands, are synced.

The system syncs 1,000 SKUs every 15 minutes.

Group Products: Sellers can manually sync group (variation) products with their details from TikTok Shop to OMS as needed.

Product Listing: Sellers can list single, kit, and group products from OMS to TikTok Shop.

Authorized Brands: TikTok Shop only supports authorized brands. Sellers must authorize brands in the TikTok Shop Seller Center and notify Anchanto Support to sync them.

Product Activation/Deactivation: Sellers can activate or deactivate products via OMS.

Product Deletion: Products can be removed from OMS to TikTok Shop.

Real-Time Inventory Sync: Inventory levels are automatically updated in TikTok Shop when changes occur in Anchanto OMS and WMS.

Manual Inventory Sync: Sellers can manually update stock levels via the "Sync Stock" option in OMS.

Price Management: Sellers can update product prices in bulk using a template or one by one through the Anchanto OMS interface. They can also set promotion prices and promotion discounts for a specific period using the same options.
Note: TikTok Shop displays only the retail price. If both retail and selling prices are entered in OMS, only the selling price will reflect in TikTok Shop.

Orders with statuses such as "Cancelled," "Shipped," and "Completed" are synced every 30 minutes.

"New" orders are synced every 5 minutes.

Manual Order Sync: Users can manually trigger order synchronization from the OMS integration settings.

If sellers use Anchanto integrated carriers, tracking details and shipping labels are synced automatically.

"Shipped" status is updated on TikTok Shop when the order status is marked "Ready to Ship" in OMS.

Order Processing Workflow:
When using TikTok integrated shipping carriers, the Ready to Ship status for orders will follow this automated workflow:
Step 1: Updating the Ready to Ship Status

If the seller uses both Anchanto WMS and Anchanto OMS:
- Once the order is physically picked, the status will be updated as Picked in Anchanto WMS.
- This will automatically trigger the Ready to Ship status update in both Anchanto OMS and TikTok Shop.
If the seller uses only Anchanto OMS:
- After physically picking all products in the order, the seller must manually update the status as Ready to Ship in Anchanto OMS.
- This manual update will trigger the Ready to Ship status in the TikTok Shop.
Step 2: Syncing Shipping Details -
- Once TikTok Shop successfully updates the Ready to Ship status:

- A shipping label/AWB and tracking ID will be generated by TikTok Shop.
- These details will automatically sync to Anchanto OMS.
- From there, the information will be synced to Anchanto WMS for further order processing if they are using Anchanto OMS and WMS as solution.
Returns Management:

Sellers can view return requests from TikTok Shop in OMS and approve or reject them.

Once the return process is completed in OMS/WMS, the return status is updated on TikTok Shop
