Introduction
Compliance with customs regulations is essential for efficient cross-border shipping. To ensure smooth clearance, customs authorities and carriers require multiple copies of the commercial invoice for each international package. Our latest enhancement in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) introduces a feature that automates the printing of multiple commercial invoice copies, tailored to carrier and service type requirements.
What’s New
This update includes a new configuration within the WMS that allows warehouses to:
- Automatic Invoice Duplication: Automatically print multiple copies of the WMS--generated commercial invoice based on specific carrier and service type needs.
- Customizable Settings: Configure the number of invoice copies required for different carriers and service types, ensuring flexibility and compliance.
- Seamless Integration: The feature integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, ensuring minimal disruption while enhancing compliance capabilities.
Advantages
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensures all cross-border shipments meet customs and carrier documentation requirements, reducing the risk of delays or fines.
- Operational Efficiency: Automates the document preparation process, saving time and reducing manual effort.
- Enhanced Workflow: Streamlines the shipping process by incorporating necessary compliance measures directly into the WMS.
