- Automatic Syncing:
- Failed delivery and Lost in Transit orders and their statuses are synced from TikTok Shop to OMS every 30 minutes.
- Failed delivery and Lost in Transit orders and their statuses are synced from TikTok Shop to OMS every 30 minutes.
- Refund Handling:
- All refunds for failed delivery orders, TikTok Shop automatically processes the refunds.
- OMS do not trigger or handle refunds for failed delivery orders.
- Claim Management - (Lost in Transit)
- All Lost in transit claims to be raised directly on TikTok Shop.
