Important Notes

1. Automatic Syncing:
   • Failed delivery and Lost in Transit orders and their statuses are synced from TikTok Shop to OMS every 30 minutes.
     
     
2. Refund Handling:
   • All refunds for failed delivery orders, TikTok Shop automatically processes the refunds.
   • OMS do not trigger or handle refunds for failed delivery orders.
     
     
3. Claim Management - (Lost in Transit)
   • All Lost in transit claims to be raised directly on TikTok Shop.

This feature empowers businesses and warehouse teams to efficiently handle failed delivery and lost in transit orders, ensuring smooth operations and better inventory tracking for TikTok Shop orders.
