With the latest API integration for TikTok, Anchanto OMS now allows users to seamlessly view and manage return orders directly within the OMS system. This enhancement simplifies return order handling for sellers and warehouse operations teams.
Return Order Scenarios
The return orders from TikTok v2 will be managed in the same way as any return order managed from other marketplaces in WMS3.
Below is a detailed breakdown of the possible scenarios and corresponding actions for managing TikTok return orders in OMS:

Seller rejected the return order | Completed | Return & Exchange Rejected | No further action required in OMS. |
Seller completed stock putaway | Completed | Return & Exchange Completed | OMS will automatically update the status to Return & Exchange Completed after stock putaway. |
Important Notes
- Automatic Syncing:
- Return orders and their statuses are synced from TikTok Shop to OMS every 30 minutes.

- Refund Handling:
- All refunds must be processed directly on TikTok Shop.
- OMS do not trigger or handle refunds for return orders.
- Dispute Management:
- Returns disputes to be managed on TikTok Shop.
