If you have a Shopify store operating in multiple countries but only want orders from specific countries to be synced to your Order Management System (OMS), follow these steps:
- Login into your OMS account and navigate to Integrations module and go to Ecommerce Channels.
- Locate the respective Shopify store in the list. Click on the three dots on the right side of the store listing, then select the Settings option from the drop-down menu.
- In the pop-up settings screen, switch to the Order Countries tab.
- From the drop-down menu, choose the countries for which you want the orders to be synced to OMS.
- After selecting the required countries, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
- A confirmation notification will appear at the top of the screen, indicating that your settings have been successfully saved.
By following these steps, only orders from the selected countries will be synced to your OMS from Shopify.
