I am facing errors while connecting Shopify store with SelluSeller

1. Error: SelluSeller App uninstalled from Shopify Store.

Reason: Your SelluSeller App might have been uninstalled, or may not be properly installed from your Shopify Store.

2. Error: Failed. Response code = 401. Response message = Unauthorized

Reason: Your SelluSeller App may have been uninstalled/deleted from your Shopify store, or your Shopify store login credentials have some errors. Alternatively, you may not have sufficient user access rights.

Solution:

You just need to click on the 'here' to re-install the SelluSeller app and resolve the error immediately from the same page. You can also follow the below-mentioned steps to resolve the error,

Step 1: Open the Shopify App Store and search for 'SelluSeller' application

Step 2: Click on the 'Add app' button and enter the Shopify Store URL to which you wish to connect the SelluSeller App.

Step 3: Click on the 'Install app' button that will redirect you to the SelluSeller.

Step 4: As you must have already signed up on SelluSeller, simply proceed & login using your ID and password.

Step 5: Once logged in to SelluSeller it will redirect you to the same page where you left earlier to complete the further process.

3. Error: Failed. Response code = 429. Response message = Too Many Requests

Reason: You might be receiving this error because there are too many requests at the same time.

Solution:

Please wait for some time and try reloading the page to resolve the error.
