Enhanced Order Status Update for Partial Orders

Hello Everyone,

We are pleased to announce the release of enhancement addressing the status update for partial orders (Not Ready to Fulfil Orders). This enhancement improves the overall efficiency and accuracy in order processing.

Business Use Case 

We have enhanced the scope of the self-service option to "Mark order delivered," which enables users to update orders that are in partial status due to missing SKUs or out-of-stock products. This feature empowers sellers to efficiently manage their orders without relying on Anchanto support, leading to improved order processing and better user experience.

Key Capabilities 

"Mark Order Delivered" Self-Service Option: Sellers can now utilize the "Mark order delivered" self-service option to move orders in partial status to the delivered state. This applies to orders containing out-of-stock products or missing SKUs.

Stock Deduction for Identified Products: For identified products with available stock in the OMS and part of the same order, the stock will be deducted accordingly upon marking the order as delivered.

No Stock Deduction for Unidentified Products: For products without stock or unidentified SKUs, the stock will not be deducted when marking the order as delivered. Instead, the order number will be displayed, reducing the order quantity, while the remaining stock remains at 0.

Stock Movement Capture: The order movement, including stock changes, will be accurately captured in the stock movement log. When an order is delivered, the stock that was on hold will be moved to the sold stock quantity, and the same quantity will be removed from the total stock count.

Order Processing Flow Visibility: Any order that is moved directly from partial status to delivered will be displayed under the order processing flow for improved visibility and tracking.

User Transaction Report: The user transaction report will now include detailed records of order movement, capturing the actions performed by users who update orders to the delivered state.
