We are excited to introduce new settings tailored for Shopify Marketplace sellers. With these updates, you now have the flexibility to configure whether orders cancelled within the Order Management System (OMS) should also updated as cancelled on Shopify.
Use Case
This enhancement streamlines your workflow, allowing for smoother operations and improved efficiency. Enabling this setting ensures seamless synchronisation between OMS and Shopify:
- Any cancelled orders in the OMS will automatically be mirrored in the Shopify Marketplace.
- Conversely, disabling the setting prevents cancelled orders from syncing to Shopify, offering you greater control over your order management process.
Steps to Follow
1. Login and check the Integrations Tab
2. Select 'Ecommerce Channels'
3. Click on Settings for any Shopify store
4. Click on 'Mark Order cancel on Shopify'
5. The default settings is 'Disabled' - This means the cancelled orders on OMS will not be updated to the seller's shopify account.
6. To enable the Cancel Order Status Update select the toggle and Save.
Released Version:
- Anchanto OM Version: V3
