Enhanced Stock Movement Report

We are very excited to share the newly launched Enhanced Stock Movement Report feature in Anchanto Order Management (OM). This enhancement would provide an effortless and user-friendly experience to our users.
This new feature is now live.

Use Case

Sellers who use Anchanto OM require a streamlined way to export and reconcile the transaction log of stock movement for their products. Hence, the need for efficient data comparison and reconciliation between Anchanto OM and their ERP systems is essential.

This release introduces the Stock Movement Report, empowering businesses with an efficient and comprehensive report for monitoring and reconciling stock movements. This feature ultimately ensures accurate inventory management and streamlines operations.

Benefits

1. Date Range Filter: The new functionality introduces a stock movement report feature with the date range filter in Anchanto OM.
2. Transaction Log: The report captures the transaction log of stock movement for all ISKUs within a specified start date and end date range.
3. Export to XLS: The report is generated in an xls format, allowing easy export and compatibility with popular spreadsheet applications.
4. Reconciliation Support: The report facilitates effective reconciliation between Anchanto OM and integrated ERP systems, providing visibility into stock movements and aiding data comparison.
5. Date Range Selection: Users can select a specific start date and end date to focus the report on a desired period for analysis and reconciliation.
6. Comprehensive Insights: The Stock Movement Report offers valuable insights into stock movement activities, enabling clients to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues.
7. Streamlined Operations: By providing an efficient and automated way to export and analyze the transaction log, the functionality streamlines inventory management and improves overall operational efficiency for clients

User Guide 

To access this feature follow the steps given below: 

    1. Login > Inventory Tab 

    2. Select 'All Products' 

    3. Choose the ISKUs that you wish to review in the report.

    4. Click on the Actions Button 

    5. Select 'Download Stock Movement' 

    6. From the popup screen, Select the brands you wish to check 

7. Also Select the date range you wish to check. (Please note that the report only allow 30 days as maximum days limit)

8. Click on apply and confirm

9. Post the download, the report can be accessed under the Bulk Activity Tab.
