Validation Failed : Inventory SKU already exist

This issue happen when user trying to create a new iSKU and failed.

The reason for this are due to iSKU that user trying to create are already exist in OMS.

Troubleshoot
- Try Look for iSKU under inventory module.
- Try find at deleted product to confirm the above.
