What is an order number in Anchanto OMS

An order number is a unique identifier assigned to a specific order within a business or organization. It helps to track and manage orders, as well as to provide a reference for customer inquiries related to a specific order.

In Anchanto OMS, the order number is directly fetched from the sales channel and is seen on the Order Module - "New Orders"

To view the order number-

1) Sign into Anchanto OMS and go to the 'Order' module.

2) Under the 'Order' column, you can view the order number.

Note : Each marketplace will have a unique order number, and if there are any duplicated order numbers, it indicates a duplication of store integrations.
