The products will not sync from connected Marketplace to OMS due to following reasons:
- Duplicate SKUs ID: Same SKU id present for multiple products on Marketplace.
- Parent Code Mismatch: Same parent SKU id present for multiple group products on Marketplace.
- Variant Code Mismatch: Same variant SKU id present for multiple variant products on Marketplace.
- Duplicate Marketplace Product ID: Same Marketplace product id present or linked to another product in OMS.
- Missing Mandatory Details: Products that are not synced due to missing mandatory details required by OMS.
- Same Parent & Variant SKU: Products that are not synced due to same Parent and individual product having same SKU on the Marketplace.
If the unsync products are not fixed it will lead to Orders going in Problem state in OMS and further will not be pushed to Anchanto WMS or any 3rd party system causing fulfilment delays. It will also impact the inventory syncing across various Marketplaces which in turn might cause overselling or underselling issues.
- Duplicate SKUs ID: Same SKU id present for multiple products on Marketplace. To resolve this error user needs to take below actions.
Step 1: Navigate to catalogue module and select the dropdown of unsync tab. Then select Duplicate SKU's ID
Step 2: The system will show the list of products that not synced to OMS due to duplicate SKU's ID
Step 3: The user is required to login seller's platform and change the SKU code of those products present in duplicate SKU's ID tab. The user must ensure that each SKU code / ID is unique in the marketplace and delete any duplicate SKUs from the relevant marketplace
Step 4: Go to integration module - ecommerce channels, select the store that user updated the SKU code in step 3. Click on the three vertical dots and select product sync to sync the product with updated SKU to Anchanto OMS.
- Parent Code Mismatch: Same parent SKU id present for multiple group products on Marketplace. To resolve this error user needs to take below actions.
Step 1: Navigate to catalogue module and select the dropdown of unsync tab. Then select Parent Code Mismatch
Step 2: The system will show the list of products that not synced to OMS due to Parent Code Mismatch
Step 3: The user is required to login seller's platform and change the SKU code of those group products present in parent code mismatch tab. The user must ensure that all the group products are having unique parent SKU code in the marketplace.
Step 4: Go to integration module - ecommerce channels, select the store that user updated the SKU code in step 3. Click on the three vertical dots and select product sync to sync the product with updated SKU to Anchanto OMS.
- Variant Code Mismatch: Same variant SKU id present for multiple variant products on Marketplace. To resolve this error user needs to take below actions.
Step 1: Navigate to catalogue module and select the dropdown of unsync tab. Then select Variation Code Mismatch
Step 2: The system will show the list of products that not synced to Anchanto OMS due to variation code mismatch
Step 3: The user is required to login seller's platform and change the SKU code of the variation products present in variation code mismatch tab. The user must ensure that all the variant products of the group products are having unique SKU code in the marketplace.
Step 4: Go to integration module - ecommerce channels, select the store that user updated the SKU code in step 3. Click on the three vertical dots and select product sync to sync the product with updated SKU to Anchanto OMS.
- Duplicate Marketplace Product ID: Same Marketplace product id present or linked to another product in OMS. To resolve this error user needs to take below actions.
Step 1: Navigate to catalogue module and select the dropdown of unsync tab. Then select Duplicate Marketplace Product ID
Step 2: The system will show the list of products that not synced to OMS due to duplicate marketplace product ID
User can click on the CSKU or product name to read the detail error message
Step 3: The user is required to unmap the marketplace product ID of existing product in Anchanto OMS. To unmap the marketplace product ID, go to bulk action and download the template file named Bulk Product's ID/Code Unmap
Step 4: Input the SKU code to the file and save the file.
Note: if the error happens for group product, both parent SKU code and variant SKU code need to be unmapped.
Step 5: Go back to the bulk option and click the upload button to upload the template with filled data.
While uploading the file, select the marketplace which user wants to unmap the codes for.
Step 6: Go to integration module - ecommerce channels, select the store that user unmap the product ID in step 5. Click on the three vertical dots and select product sync to sync the product to Anchanto OMS.
Step 7:
- Click on 'Stock Sync' button (at extreme upper right corner), enable the 'All Stores’ check box for syncing stock for all Marketplaces. Then click on the 'Sync Stock' button. (this activity can be performed once a day as this is for bulk upload stock
- However, you can also select specific marketplace with which you wish to sync stock and click on 'Sync Stock' button.
This will send the stock available in OMS to the Sales Channel.
- Missing Mandatory Details: Products that are not synced due to missing mandatory details required by OMS. To resolve this error user needs to take below actions.
Step 1: Navigate to catalogue module and select the dropdown of unsync tab. Then select Missing Mandatory Details
Step 2: The system will show the list of products that not synced to Anchanto OMS due to missing mandatory details.
User can click on the product name to read the detailed error message
Step 3: The user is required to login seller's platform and update the missing mandatory detail as shown in step 2. For this example, user must input the SKU code for the errored product.
Step 4: Go to integration module - ecommerce channels, select the store that user updated the SKU code in step 3. Click on the three vertical dots and select product sync to sync the product with updated SKU to Anchanto OMS.
- Same Parent & Variant SKU: Products that are not synced due to same Parent and individual product having same SKU on the Marketplace. To resolve this error user needs to take below actions.
Step 1: Navigate to catalogue module and select the dropdown of unsync tab. Then select Same Parent and Variation SKU
Step 2: The system will display the list of products that not synced to Anchanto OMS due to same parent and variation SKU (single product and group product are having the same SKU)
The user can click on the product name to read the detail of error message
Step 3: The user is required to login seller's platform and change the SKU of either single product or group product to make sure each product is having unique SKU ID. The user can search for the product on platform by using the SKU code or marketplace product ID which was given in step 2.
Step 4: Go to integration module - ecommerce channels, select the store that user updated the SKU code in step 3. Click on the three vertical dots and select product sync to sync the product with updated SKU to Anchanto OMS.
