How to get the required credentials to connect the Opencart store with SelluSeller?

This article will help you to get the required credentials to connect your Opencart Store with SelluSeller.

SelluSeller supports the integration with Opencart using the 3rd party Opencart 'Rest Admin API' extension.

To start with this, you need to subscribe the below ‘Admin Rest API’ extension from the below link,

While subscribing to the Admin API extension, make sure you are selecting the correct ‘Opencart version’ that matches with your Opencart store version.

Then select the API security as 'Simple (secret key)' as shown below,

Note: 

• This is a 3rd party Opencart Rest Admin API extension, we suggest you to go through the the policies and guidelines mentioned by the developer on their website. For any concerns related to the extension, kindly reach out to the 3rd party extension developer.

Once you subscribe to the Opencart ‘Rest Admin API’ extension and get the required files and keys from the extension developer, you need to copy them and install in your Opencart store.

Once you successfully install the Opencart Rest Admin API extension in your Opencart store, you can follow the below steps to get the below credentials to connect with SelluSeller.

1. API Secret Key 

2. Store URL

Step 1: Login to your Opencart admin panel with admin user credentials.

Step 2: Click on Extension at available at left panel and click on Extensions.

Step 3: Select 'Modules' from Extension type drop down.

Step 4: Scroll down to find the Rest Admin API from the list and then click on the edit icon as shown below,

Step 5: Copy the 'Secret Key' that will be used while connecting with SelluSeller. If the API key is not present then suggest clicking on the 'Generate API Secret key' option to generate the one for you.

Step 6: Now click on Settings at the left side panel and copy the store URL that you want to connect with SelluSeller.
