How to mark order as Delivered/Complete.

Users can now mark the orders as “Delivered” from Anchanto OMS.

Step 1. Go to order module – New orders – select the order which has to be marked as delivered

Step 2. Click on ”Action button, scroll down to find “Mark Orders Delivered” option.

Step 3 : Please specify a reason for marking the orders as delivered 

Step 4 : Click on "Confirm" to proceed.

Step 5 : You will see that the orders are seen in the delivered tab

Note : 1.  Only order under Unpaid, New, Ready for pickup, Packed or in-transit status can be mark as delivered.

            2. Order that is old than 90 days, it will be automatically marked as completed in system.
