A quick step by step guide to modify user details in SelluSeller.
It is very easy to change/modify the details of your SelluSeller account users.
Sign in to SelluSeller. Go to the 'Account Settings' tab.
2. Click on the 'Team Members' button to know the detailed list of your active users.
3. In the 'Action' column, click the 'Edit' button that corresponds to the name of the user whose details you want to modify/change.
4. The 'Update User' area appears with details of the user. Modify the user details as required and then click 'Update User.' The new user details are saved in the system.
Note:
You cannot make any changes to the email address of any user.
Roles are preset, you cannot tick or untick the roles under preset roles.
