I cannot find an order for Qoo10 in Orders tab. What should I do?

A quick guide to finding an order for Qoo10 in SelluSeller. 

To search for a Qoo10 order in 'Orders' Tab, you need to search for it by its Cart Number and not by its order number.

Your cart number will be available in your Qoo10 account, besides the order number.
