What is 'Buffer stock" and how to add buffer stock to Anchanto OMS

A quick guide to buffer stock in Anchanto OMS.

Buffer stock is the reserved stock. This stock is not available for sale on the sales channels.

You can however, release this stock into your usable stock if you want to sell that stock.

To add the stock for an ISKU / product , user need to 

1. Go to the ISKU and click on the "Edit button" which is on the right hand corner

2.  Add in the buffer stock

3.  Update the product

* To add the buffer stock in bulk *

1. Click on the "Bulk upload " action button

2. Go to the Stock upload file and Download the template

3. Add the total stock and buffer stock

4. Upload the template to the Stock Upload function.

User can now see the buffer stock is added in the product view
