How to clone products from marketplace to another? (Cross Listing) – Anchanto

A quick guide to Cross Listing

Cross Listing is cloning of products from one marketplace to another.

You can clone products from one marketplace to any of the other marketplaces that are integrated with SelluSeller. Below is the detailed procedure to perform cross listing in selluseller

STEP-1

Click on the Catalog tab > Go to Cross Listing > Click on “Start Cross Listing”

STEP-2

Select source and destination marketplace for cross-listing. Further, you need to select the products:

2.1 Selection of products by CSKU

We will get the Channel SKU to be selected from the destination marketplace (The maximum number of channel SKU selected at a time is 200). The products can be filtered by State and Type.

Select the channel SKU and click on next

After clicking on Next, you need to map the source marketplace category with destination marketplace category. You can do so by selecting the relevant categories one-by-one by clicking on the “Browse” option. Once completed with the category mapping, click on “Start Cloning”.

Now you can update Product Prices, Description texts, and Images in bulk

If you wish to update products in bulk, you can download and upload sheets to update price / description / images.

Note: If you do not want to update the prices, description text and Images for the selected products, then you can click on the Skip button and directly proceed to the last step.

You will be shown a list of products with missing attributes based on their categories.First select the check box for Update Price / Description / Images

Download the product update file and upload it back after filling it with relevant information and click on the Complete button.

2.2 Selection of products by categories

Select the category from source marketplace and map it with the destination marketplace in a single step> Click on confirm category mapping

NOTE:- If the category is incorrect you can also remove it before confirming

You will be shown a list of products based on their categories> Show products>Click on “Start Cloning”

Now you can update Product Prices, Description Texts, and Images in bulk

If you wish to update products in bulk, you can download and upload sheets to update price / description / images.

Note: If you do not want to update the prices, description text and Images for the selected products, then you can click on the Skip button and directly proceed to the last step.

Download the product update file and upload it back after filling it with relevant information and click on the Complete button.

Note: During the major sale campaign, There are restrictions on listing/updating the product which is also applicable for Cross Listing feature.
