Guidelines to Integrate Tokopedia with SelluSeller

1. Prerequisites

For a Tokopedia shop to be integrated with Selluseller there are prerequisites that were set by Tokopedia:

A. Shop level must be one of these levels: 

i. Power Merchant

ii. Power Merchant Pro

iii. Official Store.

B. Shop must not be connected with other OMS. In case the shop is still connected with other OMS, please tell the customer to contact OMS CS to remove their shop from Tokopedia Developer Console.

2. Shop Verification

Next step is to add the shop into Anchanto’s Tokopedia Developer Console and verify the shop.

Step 1:  During the Kick-off Call ask the customer their Tokopedia shops URL.

 

Step 2:  Login to Developer Console > Shop Management then Add Shop.

Step 3: Input shop domain (one row for each shop) and Apply. 

You can get the shop domain from the URL. For example shop URL http://www.tokopedia.com/anchanto-shop then the shop domain is anchanto-shop.

Step 4:  After Apply, Tokopedia will send a verification email to the shop’s email. Ask the customer to click Accept in the email.  

3. Add Shops in Selluseller

After the customer has accepted the verification in the email, add the Tokopedia shop in Selluseller and input the Shop ID in the integration page.

You can get the Shop ID from the Shop Management page in Tokopedia Developer Console.
