When do we see a lock symbol at end of the SKU and ATP out of stock for product?

The lock symbol appears when the SKU is a part of ongoing stock operations such as stock take, movement or transfer. 

Please note that ATP stock will be not available for the SKU till the stock operations for the SKU is completed in WMS.
