How on-hold order function work?

On-hold order functionality in Wareo allows users to hold the B2C order from outbound & dispatching it out from the warehouse. Users may hold the order by instruction of sellers, operations manager, or by instruction of customer support team due to payment issues, fraudulent cases, or fulfillment issues.
