Can FIFO logic also applies for Locations?

No, WMS does not capture locations as FIFO. WMS will process the order per the time of products' stock that comes to your warehouse. 

Hence, WMS processes the orders with the expiry management, which means the stocks that have the closest expiry date will be moved out of the warehouse first.
