If you have found products which are automatically created in your WMS system, the product must be synced from OMS once you have created a new ISKU on the OMS before you are going to list the product under the catalogue module.
If this transaction of creation in the OMS did not happen, you may raise this issue to our support team at help@anchanto.com to get this issue checked.
