1.Super Admin:

This user is responsible for the entire WMS account with multiple warehouses. 

 

Module access: All modules

2.Warehouse Admin:

This user is responsible for the entire warehouse operations of that warehouse and management of a single warehouse on WMS.

3.Warehouse Manager:

This user is responsible for management of the warehouse on a more comprehensive level. 

 

Module access: All modules except Admin creation and User creation 

4. B2C/B2B Picker:

An Order Picker works in a warehouse to gather the appropriate items to fulfil incoming orders. They're responsible for locating objects on shelves, packing them, and transporting them to trucks or shipping containers.

This user is responsible for picking different SKUs for B2C and B2B orders from different locations in the warehouse.

5. B2C/B2B Packer:

Packers prepare the picked products for a particular order for packaging and shipment.

This user is responsible for overlooking the packing of all B2B and B2C orders by managing the packing bench, packaging materials etc.

6. Driver:

A logistic Partner who will pick the delivery goods from the warehouse and drop them to the recipient.

7. Sales Team:

This user (s) are responsible for the management of the customers from onboarding to management of customers.

9. Customer Support:

The customer support team is responsible for providing technical assistance with purchase or user experiences.

 

Module Access: All modules except Admin and User creation

10. Inbound Quality Checker:

The inbound flow in a warehouse begins when items arrive in the warehouse of the company location, either received from external sources or from another company location. 

Quality Checker inspects the quality and checks conformance to specifications of inbound as well as outbound goods, segregating goods that do not meet requirements and documenting the results.

This user is responsible for a quality check on all the stock that has been inbounded in the warehouse.

11. Inbound Counting Checker:

The inbound flow in a warehouse begins when items arrive in the warehouse of the company location, either received from external sources or from another company location. This user then counts the number of items received based on the Purchase Order and moves it forward to Quality Check.

13. Supplier:

A supplier is a person or an entity who delivers services and goods from manufacturers to retailers or distributors for sale. This user will be responsible for managing all the suppliers for the warehouse.

14. Self-Collector:

Self-collection is a method where the  buyer can go to the fulfilment centre to collect the orders themselves. Therefore, the user overlooking this process, manages the orders for self-collection.

15. Inbound Manager:

20. Stock Manager: 

Stock or stock inventory is the collection of all the materials and goods stored, whether for use to complete the production process or for sale to the customer. Stock management is the way of organising stock flows in the warehouse. It is primarily focused on having an adequate level of stock in the warehouse to competently meet customer demand at an optimal cost for the company. This user is responsible for management of such stock.

A value-added service (VAS service) goes beyond “typical” warehousing. Value add includes kitting, bundling, re-branding, customisation, re-packaging, and work order processing (where components are put together to create a new item). Therefore, this user is responsible for VAS orders with kit products, bundle products etc.
