To Modify B2C Orders -
- Go to Orders -> B2C -> All -> Search the respective order either in the list of orders or by using the search function.
- Click on under the actions column and select Modify Order option from the dropdown menu.
- Update Order screen will appear.
Scroll to the Add Products section of the order.

Search the product to be added by either Product Name, SKU or UPC/EAN (select from the Search By drop-down menu).
Start entering the SKU details in Add Products box and the respective SKU (if stock is available) will be shown in the pop-up drop-down menu.
Enter the number of units.
Update the Retail Price, Selling Price (if required), and click on Add button.
Product will be added to the order.
You can also Remove/Edit the products/SKUs from the order by clicking on Edit or Delete button (depending on action to be performed) under the Actions column.
With the Edit option, the product will appear on the Add Products section, and you can modify the Number of Units, Selling Price, and Retail Price of the product.
Once updated, to save the changes click on Update to update the order with the changed information or Cancel to cancel the changes and keep the product as is on the order.Seller can also add multiple SKUs in one go by Uploading in bulk.
NOTE: All the * fields are mandatory.-
On this page, you can also modify below details of the order:
- Shipping Carrier
- Delivery Date
- Payment Collection
- Special Instructions
- Attach Invoice
- Packing Instructions
- AWB Tracking Number
- Pick-up Location ID
- Value Added Services
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address
- Total Price Paid/Shipping Cost/Tax/Discount
- Once the required details are updated, click on Update Order at the bottom of the page.
- Order is now updated/modified.
- Orders which are modified at or before the packing state, a modified label (AWB) will be fetched.
However, if the order is modified after Dispatch Scheduled/Packing, a modified label will not be fetched.
NOTE:
If seller has a business use case, where the order modification is done after packing and a modified label (AWB) is required, an additional setting needs to be enabled for the same.
To enable this setting, seller can create a ticket with Anchanto Support at help@anchanto.com
This is one time configuration setting.
