Problem & On-Hold Orders - WMS 3.0

Problem Orders

• Problem Orders happens when WMS receives orders that contains Out Of Stock SKUs.
• User needs to replenish the stock if they want to process the order.
• On-hold Orders happens when WMS receives orders while inventory operation such as Stock Take and Stock Transfer still ongoing.
• User needs to complete the inventory operation to release the orders from on-hold state.

• To identify which SKU causing problem click Problem menu and click on the order number. The SKU will be shown in red.
