You will not be able to perform a stock transfer if there isn't stock available for the transferring product. Or it could be also that wrong SKU could have entered or wrong customer (company selected where the SKU is not present.
You will not be able to perform stock transfer if there is an existing transfer in-process or pending for the same SKU and Location.
