WMS 3: Batch Report

How to generate the report:

Login into your WMS 3.0 account -> Go to Reports module from the left pane -> you'll be under Reports Management -> Click on Create New Report -> Select the Report Name ->  Select the Company for which you want to generate the report -> Enter Email ID's (Optional, enter the email id only in case you want to get the report sent directly to email address once generated) -> Select the fields that you wish to have in the report -> Click on Update Selection as Default if you wish to have the current field selection as default for future report generation -> Select the frequency of the report generation (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Adhoc) -> Select the format of the report -> Click on Create Report.

Header & Definitions:

Header	Definition
Batch Number	It is the number by which a particular consignment can be recognized
Reason For Block	Basically a reason for blocking batches
Reference Block File Flag	The file details with the block batches
Reason Release	The reason for releasing the blocked batches
Reference Release File Flag	The file related to the same
Company Name	The name of the company within Wareo system
Product Name	Name of the product
Sku	stock keeping unit
Consignment Number	The number by which a specific consignment can be denoted
Expiry Date (dd/mm/yyyy)	Expiry date of the SKU
Received Stock	The total number of SKUand stock received within the consignment
Current Usable	the available stock of the SKU
Current Damage	The unit of the SKU which are damaged
Current On Hold	The stock for which the order is there hence it comes under on hold stock
Block Date	The date on which a particular SKU is blocked
Release Date	The date on which a particular batch is released
MFUPC	Manufacturer universal product code
Usable Serial No	The usable IMEI based serialized number
Unusable Serial No	The unusable IMEI based serialized number
Blocked Usable Quantity	The blocking of usable quantity of the SKU
Blocked Unusable Quantity	The blocking of unusable quantity of the SKU
