How to Put Orders On-Hold in Your WMS Account
- Log in to your WMS account.
- Navigate to the Orders module.
- Choose whether it's a B2C or B2B order.
- Select the Warehouse and search for the orders in either the All or New section.
- Scroll to the right side of the order, and under the Actions column, click on the drop-down menu and select "On Hold."
- In the pop-up window, specify the reason for putting the order On-Hold and click Confirm.
- The selected orders will now be moved to On-Hold.
Putting Problem Orders On-Hold:
- Navigate to the Orders module.
- Select whether it's a B2C or B2B order.
- Choose the Warehouse and search for the Problem Orders in either the All or New section.
- Click on the Actions tab at the top of the order list.
- Select the "Bulk On Hold" option from the drop-down menu.
By following these steps, you can easily manage and put both regular and problem orders on-hold.
