Creation and Deletion of Storage Rack (Manual-Bulk)

Creation of Storage Rack (Manual)

• To create storage Area, go to ‘Warehouse’ module from primary panel and select the ‘Warehouse’.
• Select the storage type Rack and click on ‘Add Rack’ button under warehouse facilities tab.
  
  
  
• Fill up the details and click on ‘Add New Rack’ button.
  
• New Rack location is successfully created
  

Creation of Storage Rack (Bulk)
 

• Select ‘Bulk Upload’ to bulk create the storage racks.
  
• A pop-up will appear and click on ‘Download Bulk Rack Upload Template’ button to download the sample template.
  
• Fill the details of storage areas as per the template and import to WMS.
  
• You will be redirected to ‘Bulk Activities’ tab and will see the upload status. Note: Error report gets generated if upload is failed.
  
  
• Racks are created for the information without any error
  
  

Edit & Delete Rack

• To delete/edit storage location from rack, click Edit/Delete button against the Rack.
