What is In-Transfer Stock on Product details page?

This means user have initiated the Stock transfer but did not complete the transaction and it's under pending state. User needs to process that transfer or cancel the transfer or stock discrepancy will happen. 

NOTE: Stock Transfer are visible to the users only who created it.
