Releasing orders from On-Hold state

• Log in to your WMS account.
• Navigate to the Orders module.
• Choose whether it’s a B2C or B2B order.
• Select the Warehouse and go to the On-Hold section.
  
   
  
  
• Search for the respective order(s).
• Scroll to the right and click on the Release option under the Actions column.
  
  

Releasing Orders in Bulk:

• Log in to your WMS account.
• Navigate to the Orders module.
• Choose whether it’s a B2C or B2B order.
• Select the Warehouse and go to the On-Hold section.
• Select multiple orders.
• Click on the Actions button at the top and select Bulk Release.
  
   
  
  
• After clicking Release, a pop-up will appear.
  Provide the reason for releasing the orders from On-Hold and click Confirm.
  
  
   
• The order(s) will be returned to the state they were in before being placed On-Hold.
