- Go to “New” order, click on ‘Assign Picker’ at the end of order line to assign the specific order to a picker to pick by order.
Note: To assign multiple order at a time, Select the orders by checking checkbox and click “Actions” for Bulk Assign to single or multiple picker option.
- Choose single picker, select the picker by name and click on ‘Assign’ button to assign the picker to pick for the selected order.
To assign multiple picker, select ‘Bulk Assign Multiple Picker’
Choose to assign by Product, Location or Category, Click on ‘Assign’ to proceed
Choose for Auto Picker Assign or Manually select to assign the Products, Location or Category from the selected order. Click on ‘Assign’ to proceed.
Select the Product, Location or Category with checkbox, Select the picker to assign and Click on ‘Assign’ to proceed.
- Go to “Pick” from secondary navigation panel, Click on ‘Assigned’ on the header for assigned order
- To pick order, click on the arrow icon at the end of the order line under ‘Actions’ columns followed by ‘Pick’ button
- Scan Location barcode, Scan Pick Bin, Scan picked product barcode and click on ‘Add’ button to update pick product and quantity
Note: “No of units” is the scanned quantity, it will increase on each scan of same products, system does not allow over scan (more then order quantity) and barcode/UPC not belongs to order will get an error to avoid wrong picking.
- Click on ‘Confirm’ button at the bottom right and click on ‘Confirm’ on the pop up to confirm picking process then handover the bin with products to the packer station.
- If order is picking using bulk picking method by Product, Location & Category. An option for the picker to handover the picked order to a specific packer. The process are, Click on ‘Confirm and Move to Pack’ then, Select the packer from drop down panel, Select and click on ‘Confirm’ button to handover.
Note: Upon packer assigned, this order can only be pack by the selected packer only.
- Go to order ’Pack’ at secondary navigation panel, Click on ‘Quality Check’ at the end of order line to procced for order QC process.
- Scan the picked product, product line will turn green once complete scan, Click ‘Confirm’ once complete QC of order.
Note: Packer would get error message if wrong barcode/product scanned.
- Click “Add Carton” to select packaging material and confirm pack the order.
Note: Packer can change the “Packing Quantity” before click on ”Add Carton” if there are more than one
- Upon click on “Add Carton”, The carton selection panel will appear for packer to select. Packer can input the package details and click “Add” to confirm pack.
Note: Packer can check the “Packing List” box to request packing list printing.
- Upon click checked on packing list and click on ”Add” button, packer will receive a pop-up from screen for Packing List print.
- Packer will now be able to find the Shipping label, Click on download to print, then Click ‘Packing Done’ to complete Packing process and proceed for next order.
- To Schedule dispatch, Click on ‘Dispatch’ module on primary navigation panel, Click on ‘Create Manifest‘
- Select the carrier for the manifest, start scan the packed parcel shipping label barcode, outbound team can input the driver/collector details in option. Click on ‘Create Manifest‘ to generate the manifest.
- Outbound team can also perform quick generate manifest. Click on ‘Dispatch’ module on primary navigation panel, go to ‘Dispatch Order’ on secondary panel and click on ‘Awaiting’ from the header. Select Generate Manifest.
- Outbound team can continue to scan additional parcel to the manifest. Input driver details as optional and Click on ‘Create Dispatch‘ to confirm generate.
- Upon carrier collection. Click on ‘Dispatch’ module on primary navigation panel, go-to ‘Dispatch Order’ on secondary panel and click on ‘Scheduled’ from the header. Go-to the end of schedule line, Click ‘Handover to Carrier‘ for carrier collection confirmation and the order from manifest will move to ‘Out of Warehouse'
- Order will move to ‘Out from Warehouse’ upon handover to carrier is done, the order will be move to ‘Completed’ status upon successful deliver by the carrier. User can also manually update the deliver status with below. Click on ‘Dispatch’ module on primary navigation panel, go-to ‘Dispatch Order’ on secondary panel and click on ‘Out from warehouse’ from the header. Go-to the end of schedule line, Click ‘Arrow Icon‘ for the options.
- Click on ‘Confirm Delivery’ to proceed for manual order delivery status update.
- Click on ‘Order’ module on primary navigation panel, go-to ‘Completed’ on secondary panel and click on ‘Delivered’ from the header to find completed orders.
