- Go to ‘Customers’ module and select the ‘Customers List’ from secondary navigation panel and click on ‘Add New Customer’ button.
- Fill in the required/mandatory Basic Information and click on Save and Continue.
Make sure to enter the correct email address as the activation link will be sent to the same email mentioned.
- Select and Add the fulfilment Warehouse that will be used by/for the customer and click on Next.
You can add multiple warehouses as well.
- Complete the Warehouse Configuration including Contract Details, SLA Configuration, Billing Parameter & LPN Setting.
Once details are filled, click on Save Customer button and the New Customer will be created.
- When a new customer account is created it goes through following stages:
- Stage 1: New
- Stage 2: Pending Approval
- Stage 3: Customer Acceptance
- Stage 4: Activated or Rejected
