- User can cancel orders from web UI.
- Cancelled order will move to Cancelled page.
- If the order has been processed, inbound staff need to put away the cancelled product back to the location.
Cancelling a New Order:
- Access the New Order page.
- Click on the “Arrow Icon” for next action.
- Select “Cancel Order” to cancel the order.
- You can view the cancelled order on the Cancelled page.
Cancelling a Processed Order:
- Access the All Order page and navigate to the In Process tab.
- Click on the “Arrow Icon” for next action.
- Select “Cancel Order” to cancel the order.
- Go to the Cancelled page and navigate to the Put Away tab.
- Click on the “Arrow Icon” for next action.
- Select “Put Away” to start the put away process.
Put Away Process for Cancelled Orders:
- On the Put Away page, select the product condition (Usable/Unusable).
- Scan or select the location and input the number of units.
- Click the Put Away button to complete the process.
