Purpose
This document is to provide the steps:
- Creating access to the ZenDesk Portal.
- Raising/Submitting a new ticket to Anchanto.
- Viewing raised tickets.
- Accessing the Knowledge Management Portal on Anchanto portal.
- Initiating a chat with Anchanto Support through the Anchanto Portal.

Creating access to the ZenDesk Portal
- Navigate to the Anchanto Support Page at anchanto.zendesk.com.
- Click on the "Sign In" option located at the top-right corner of the page.
- Click on the "New to Anchanto? Sign Up" link at the bottom of the page.
- A page will appear requesting your full name and email address.
- Enter your full name and correct email address in the respective fields, then click the "Sign Up" button.
- You will be prompted to check your email for further instructions.
- Check your email for a message from support@anchanto.zendesk.com with the subject "Create a password for Anchanto."
- Click on the "Create Password" link in the email, which will direct you to the password creation page.
- Enter your name and create a password for your account according to the specified criteria, then click the "Set Password" button.
- Upon completion, you will be logged into your portal account and have access to the portal.
Raising/Submitting a new ticket to Anchanto
- After logging into your Anchanto Portal on Zendesk, click on the "Submit Request" link located to the left of your name in the top-right corner of the page.
- The Request Form page will appear.
- Enter the subject and details of your request. You may also include optional details such as country, marketplace, and the registered email ID of your Anchanto account (OMS/WMS/etc). Attach any relevant files, if necessary.
- Once all the details are filled in, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to create a ticket with Anchanto.
Viewing raised tickets
- Log in to your Anchanto Portal account.
- Click on the dropdown menu next to your name at the top-right corner of the page.
- You will see a list of all your submitted requests/tickets.
- Click on the respective ticket name to view the details and reply to Anchanto support if necessary.
Accessing the Knowledge Management Portal through Anchanto portal
- Login into your Anchanto Portal Account.
- The Knowledge portal will be available on main page.
NOTE: The Knowledge portal will be available after 20th June 2024.
Initiating a chat with Anchanto Support through the Anchanto Portal
- Login into your Anchanto Portal.
- Locate the chat icon at the bottom left of the page.
- Click on the chat icon to open the chat window, which will prompt you to enter your name.
- Enter your name and click "Next".
- You will be asked to enter your email address.
- Enter your email address and click "Send".
- You will be connected to the next available support member.
- Once connected, you can proceed with your query via chat with Anchanto Support.
